Honorary Membership is reserved for persons who have made a distinguished contribution to the science of geophysics, or to the advancement of the profession of geophysics through meritorious or exceptional work within or for the Society.
Consideration for Honorary Membership will be reviewed through the Honors and Awards Committee, which must report a unanimous vote in favor of Honorary Membership to the Executive Committee, which in turn must vote unanimously. Selected Honorary Members will be notified by the President of the Denver Geophysical Society.
Honorary Members are awarded a lifetime membership and recognition during our Annual Holiday Luncheon.
